What if eye care wasn’t a clinic you visit, but a system designed around how you see the world?
We designed the concept for an ophthalmology clinic focused on integrating cutting-edge technology into modern medicine. By building a brand that balances innovation and accessibility, we helped position the clinic as a leader in redefining the future of eye care.

Solution
We created the full concept of 360 Vision as a new model for visual care.
Instead of designing a traditional clinic, we defined a vision that connects science, experience, and culture around the role sight plays in human life. This conceptual framework allowed visual care to expand beyond medical treatment into a broader ecosystem of services and experiences.
From this foundation, we developed the positioning, narrative, ecosystem architecture, brand identity, and the conceptual design of the different services that form part of the 360 Vision universe.

Method
The process began by reframing vision not simply as a medical condition, but as a gateway to human experience.
From this perspective, we designed a system that connects diagnosis, treatment, research, products, and experiences within a single platform. The approach integrated medical expertise, innovation, and user experience to build a cohesive ecosystem of visual care.
This framework transformed a specialized clinic into a comprehensive platform designed to support how people see, live, and interact with the world.

Results
The concept established a scalable model for expanding visual care beyond the traditional clinic format.
- 12M people in Mexico living with visual impairment identified as the opportunity space addressed by the concept
- Visual impairment recognized as the second leading cause of disability in Mexico, framing the strategic relevance of the model
- Multiple service layers designed: clinic, surgery center, research, products, and mobile units
- Clear conceptual framework enabling the 360 Vision model to expand across multiple formats and services
